Ravishing Rivers!

Our FLOW topic this term is all about rivers - where do they come from? Where are they moving to? What are the different parts called?

This week we used pastry to create our own rivers complete with riverbanks, rocks, sand, bridges and mountains. We even had some glaciers!

 In writing, we continued with our drama and have also written diary entries as if we were a tiny water droplet in the water cycle, imagining the incredible adventures we would have.

 In Computing, we started to explore Google Earth to find rivers great and small, including learning the 10 largest rivers in the world!
