Excellent Learning
We have enjoyed another eventful week in Year 5. Spencer Lynx visited us on Monday for the last time this year. The children had a wonderful time and loved the chance to show off their improved hockey skills. We loved sharing the balancing photographs the children took as part of their home learning last week. In music this we, Miss Simmonds also filmed our video to accompany the special song. More information about the event and booking information will come from the school in the coming days.
Home Learning
We have again set home learning to go live at 4pm on Friday. It is due on Wednesday morning by 08:50.
Handwriting Revision:
As we continue to encourage children to revise their letter letter sizes, letter formation and joins in their own time, please can we ask adults at home to remind their children to continue this by copying out the Year 5 & 6 statutory spelling words in their best cursive script.
Times Table Rock Stars Competition
The winner this week was 5 Larch and the children who participated loved their delicious reward. The next challenge is now live and will run until 08:50 next Friday.
